INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar Juanita’s Tres Chiles Cremosa Cooking Sauce

  • 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken

  • 8 corn tortillas

  • 2 ½ cups Mexican cheese, shredded and divided

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the garnishes:
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • White onion, small diced
  • Sour cream
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Cotija cheese, crumbled

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix chicken, 1 ½ cups sauce, 1 ½ cups Juanita’s Tres Chiles Cremosa Sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Microwave tortillas in a damp paper towel (30-60 seconds).

  3. Fill tortillas with chicken mix, roll, and place in a baking dish (seam down).
