INGREDIENTS:

For the marinated fish:
  • 1 cup Juanita’s Tres Chiles Cremosa Cooking Sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds Rockfish filets or other mild white fish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn or flour tortillas
For the toppings:
  • Coleslaw or cabbage
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Pineapple salsa
  • Jalapeños, sliced
  • Cilantro
  • White onion, chopped
  • Avocado

STEP BY STEP:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, pour Juanita’s Tres Chiles Cremosa Sauce over the fish. Let marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  2. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 10-12 minutes or cook in a skillet until it flakes easily.
