Please use the following form to request party room reservations. Juanita's requires a $200 non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation.You will receive confirmation by phone OR be notified of any shedule conflicts within three days. This will be deducted from the bill the day of the party. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited. We also require a confimed guest count no less than 5 days before the event.
